Recruiting and retaining young people in companies: a space where they can have their say!
For this fifth edition of the Innovation and Sharing Forum, a specific formula has been designed to enable a public of young people from our territories to share their thoughts on the world of work with a dozen major companies, with a view to facilitating successful future collaborations.
The ambition is simple: to give a voice to young people, about their needs, their vision and their expectations of the professional world, and thus help companies to overcome the recruitment difficulties and retention issues they face today.
To do this, we are offering a dozen HR representatives from local companies the opportunity to be at the heart of co-development workshops led by partner coaches, and to benefit from the contribution of the young people taking part in the event.
An innovative, caring format, perfectly in tune with the impact dynamic promoted by the Innovation & Partage Forum and Le Cloître.
